Filling out the Membership Enrollment Form is the first step to becoming part of the excitement of what’s happening downtown. Joining one of our active committees insures that you will be a participant in the process. Complete the following membership enrollment form and return it by fax at 314-436-1646. We will send you an invoice for your annual dues for your convenience.
