LoftWorks completes $9M renovation of Ludwig Lofts

St. Louis-based developer LoftWorks' $9 million redevelopment of the Ludwig Lofts building in downtown St. Louis into retail, residential and office space is complete.

The seven-story building includes 14 apartments, five office tenants and space for an additional office tenant, and a ground floor bridal shop.

The Ludwig Lofts mixed-use development received $476,000 in Brownfield Redevelopment tax credits and $6.5 million in New Markets Tax Credits from the St. Louis Development Corp.

LoftWorks is holding a grand opening of Friday at the building located at 1004-06 Olive St.
